On behalf of our client, a leading 5-star international luxury Hotel in Abu Dhabi, we are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated Chef de Cuisine responsible for the high-end Steakhouse Dining venue.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily culinary kitchen operation
  • Ensuring highest food quality and enhancing guest experience
  • Monitor food trends, create new menus and recipes
  • Implementation and adherence of SOP’s as well as HACCP standards
  • Leading, train and develop the culinary team
  • Reporting line to Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef

Your requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel Management and / or Culinary Art
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in America, Canada, Argentina or Brazil in a high-end Steak House is a MUST
  • Outstanding and in-depth steak and meat product knowledge
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, written and spoken
  • Experience within the Middle East region is of preference
  • Creative and innovative personality with excellent people management capabilities
