On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated and creative Chef de Cuisine (m/f) Steakhouse.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the daily operation in the kitchen
  • Reviewing and accomplishing the targets
  • Training and leading a team of around 15 employees
  • Implementation and adherence of the standards
  • Creating menus and recipes in cooperation with the Executive Chef
  • Providing the best guest experience and highest food quality

Requirements:

  • Strong background in specialty steak house from reputable brands or luxury hotel is a must
  • Fluency in English spoken and written are mandatory
  • Experience within the Middle East region is preferred
  • Ability to train and develop your culinary team
  • Creativity, people management and excellent organizational capabilities
  • Hands on in the operation and not shy to interact with guest
