On behalf of our client, a international 4* and 5 * hotel group, we are looking for a motivated and creative Cluster Director of Sales (m/f/d).
- You are responsible for all activities and the overall sales and commercial strategy for a cluster
- Analyze market information
- Responsible to assists in leading the property’s segmented sales effort
- Conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function
- Achieves key performance objectives Review sales and catering guest satisfaction
- Develop and manage relationships with key Stakeholders
- Proven track record as Cluster / Director of Sales in an international 4* or 5* hotel group
- Strong knowledge of Wholesaler, Tour Operator, MICE and Online travel agents market
- Previous experience in Dubai, Oman or Doha is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to clients and partners
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experience in the creation of the annual sales & marketing plan, KPIs and budget
- Background and understanding of Revenue Management
- Creativity, people management and excellent organizational capabilities
