On behalf of our client, an international 5* luxury hotel in Doha, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager.
- Manage daily Human Resources operation
- Involvement in employment and recruitment process
- Ensure training and development of employees
- Manage team members and labour relations, contract compliance, disciplinary procedures and workers compensation
- Looks after employee safety, recognition and reward and performance evaluations
- Manage team member relations programs, activities
- Minimum of two years’ experience as Human Resources Manager in an international 5* Hotel is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in a luxury hotel is a requirement
- Excellent language skills in English are mandatory, an additional language such as Arabic or any European is of advantage
- Open, outgoing and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal and social skills
- Passionate hotelier with great team spirit and capable of building strong relationships
