On behalf of our client, an international 5* luxury hotel in Doha, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage daily Human Resources operation
  • Involvement in employment and recruitment process
  • Ensure training and development of employees
  • Manage team members and labour relations, contract compliance, disciplinary procedures and workers compensation
  • Looks after employee safety, recognition and reward and performance evaluations
  • Manage team member relations programs, activities

Your requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as Human Resources Manager in an international 5* Hotel is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in a luxury hotel is a requirement
  • Excellent language skills in English are mandatory, an additional language such as Arabic or any European is of advantage
  • Open, outgoing and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal and social skills
  • Passionate hotelier with great team spirit and capable of building strong relationships
