Your responsibilities:

  • Welcoming all visitors and guests
  • Switchboard handling
  • Organising meetings and managing function rooms
  • Booking caterings, transport, accommodation, tickets and restaurants
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Ordering stationery and furniture

Your requirements:

  • Front Office experiences within international 5-star hospitality
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Confident and powerful appearance
  • Excellent organizational and communicative skills
