… has been part of the Konen & Lorenzen Recruitment Consultants team in Switzerland since November 2019. She supports her colleagues as Recruiter / Team Assistant.
After successfully completing her apprenticeship as a hotelier, Sophia moved into conference and event sales, where she gained her first international experiences at the Hilton Dublin. She remained loyal to the well-known hotel chain for a long time and worked during her career for various properties of the brand: HGI, Hilton, Conrad and Waldorf Astoria. Within the company many doors opened up and thus she was working all over Europe, including in Ireland, England, Malta and Switzerland. She also spent some precious time with a Destination Management company on the sunny Mediterranean island of Malta, which gave her a valuable insight into another branch of the tourism industry.
With a great deal of passion for the hotel industry, many years of experience in sales and event management, as well as an enthusiasm for exceptional service, she now wants to support others pursue the right career path for them.
Because she knows, with the right attitude, joy at what you do and a great team, everyone can find his dream job!
