On behalf of our client, an Luxury Resort Hotel we are looking for an experienced Souschef.

Your responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Chef de Cuisine and oversees the kitchen in his absence
  • Close cooperation in regards to implementing new ideas and menus
  • Monitors food trends and introduce new food concepts
  • Ensures all employees are following the SOP’s as well as HACCP standards

Your requirements:

  • You hold the position of Sous Chef within a 5* hotel for at least 2 years
  • Excellent Food & Product knowledge as well as in Food safety are mandatory
  • Fluency in English and German are a must as well as Middle East experience
  • Hands-on, good team player and good training skills
  • Patient trainer and excellent motivator and leadership skills
